Who We Are
Appliance Brief publishes independent reviews, comparisons and buying guides for home appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, cooking ranges, laundry machines, air conditioners, air filters, and a range of kitchen and home appliances. We help buyers in the United States match a product to their household size, budget and specific needs.
What “Brief” Means
We do not run a lab. “Brief” reflects our format, not an in-house testing process: we compare manufacturer specifications, gather published measurements and safety listings, and analyze what verified owners report after months of use, then present that record as a short, reasoned case. Where we have not evaluated a claim first hand, we say so or leave it out rather than guess.
How We Choose What to Cover
Every roundup and guide states its selection criteria up front, such as capacity, dimensions, energy use or budget, so readers can see why a product is or is not a fit for their situation. We list pros and cons for each pick and note who should look elsewhere.
